oh ive just got back from athletics.
seriously. i attended the class. haha!
thought of skipping it at first
tp disebabkan intan agak worried if we missed lotsa things,
and she said lame x exersice,
kami pun attend ;)
yeapp. i went with intan.

well, as usual.
we did the warm up thingy first.
running is a must.grr.
oh after warming up,
we have to this, what they call,
erk short run ea if xsilap.
4 x 10m
where you'll have to run ulang alik and touch the floor,
but instead, we have to pickup some white bottle cap.

and yes, he tought us the techniques on how to jump further
huhu.

oh what i hate most about just now was,
