finally, offer is accepted ;)

he'll be paying rm85ok
but he want's the SMP to be written as rm900k
sbb his brother will be buying from him
and his brother's willing to pay rm900k

wah uncle nie mmg pandai cr profittt
so he asked mama to ckp kt owner abt writng 900k instead of 850k
mama mcm said la susah,
coz owner will of coarse nnt suruh bayar rm900k
plus owner's old. susah nk pakat.
haha :D

and the deal is closed
agreement will be signed today evening
hopefully tade halangan for mama
